RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At our MARCUS Boutiques, we pride ourselves in offering some of the best product you can find and ultimately want you to love your purchase. Sometimes, things just don’t work out and we understand.
IN STORE RETURNS
In store, we only accept items back for store credit. Your store credit may be used at any MARCUS location and does not expire. All items must be in unworn and unwashed condition and be accompanied by a receipt.
You may receive a full refund for all online orders within 21 days of purchase date. Any items returned after 21 days will not be accepted. All items must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
To return online items:
We do not accept online returns in our boutiques. Please email at email@example.com to receive your return label
Gift Purchases: Will be issued a gift receipt and may be returned in the form of store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unopened, damage free, and include all original tags. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
Please note: Certain items deemed Final Sale will not be accepted for return of any kind.
*At this time all SHOPMARCUS.COM purchases can only be returned via mail, we do not accept returns in-store for purchases made online.
*We do not offer exchanges on SHOPMARCUS.COM at this time. You can return your eligible unwanted item for a refund if eligible, or a store credit and place a new order for the desired item/s. Items sell fast so we recommend placing the new order as soon as you can.
