CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once your order is submitted it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the item please view our return policy

I'M MISSING A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO? 

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each shipping note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the shipping notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact shop@shopmarcus.com, our with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can to resolve it for you.

I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO? 

We do our best to ensure all orders are correct. Sometimes mistakes do happen and we want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact shop@shopmarcus.com our Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect items name and product code.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER? 

We pride ourselves on our great quality control and package everything with care. Things sometimes do get damaged in transit or it’s a flaw we just didn’t notice. If you received a faulty item we want to know about it right away. Please email shop@shopmarcus.com, with the order number and damaged item name/number. An image showing the damage will be very helpful.

DO YOU PRICE MATCH?

Did you make a purchase on SHOPMARCUS.COM then came across the same item in our MARCUS stores a few days later? We gladly honor one-time price adjustments on full price items within 7 days of purchase. The item must currently be in stock at the mentioned MARCUS store in the size and color you purchased. Once we confirm the price the difference will be issued to you in the form of Store Credit. Price match items are deemed final sale.
